Just as the highest tower needs a deep foundation so too are our higher thinking are based on going deep within the soul of ourselves. Some may be in disbelief of the actual existence of the soul. However it does it exist.
Deep within all consciousness is an attribute of good. This attribute however small has to be encouraged to come out. It is ever so fragile at first, however after it lives a while, it grows so strong and so powerful.
When encouraged it can work wonders throughout life. However if it is not it can cause such damage both internally and externally. If unhappy you get many more sicknesses then those who are happier.
You have to have a deep seeded happiness to be truly happy. You will cause such happiness throughout your life, if you are deeply happy yourself.
