Humanities tough; so tough it is like an onion, like when you get in the center you may be crying. It is worth all the struggles though, because with great struggles the rewards are extra sweet.

9 Ways To Handle Your Fears

Fears are like unwelcomed guests that you can't get rid of no matter how hard you try. Since they mostly are internalized and you don't want to appear crazy and be locked up, you have to be careful how you deal with them in public.

These nine ways are either for public or private. Be careful because I will not label them as such. Believe me you will know which is which.

1. Yell at them--Tell them to get out of your life and go someplace they cannot affect you. You have to be strong and have a lot of guts to do this but it is well worth it.

2. Just laugh--Laughter really alleviates tension. It makes you feel great. It is also contagious. So others will start laughing which will make them feel at ease and a lot better as well.

3. Talk about them--This works. If you communicate them you are not facing them alone and therefore the pressure is alleviated. You shouldn't feel that it is stupid. It is something you care strongly about, which gives you power. That is a difficult thing to achieve.

4. Scare them away--If you can't handle your fear just scare it out of you. This takes a vast amount of bravery, but you will take pride in it and get rid of your fear later. You will be set free, the fear is occupying most of your energies. So once you get rid of it you will have a lot more energy for the more important stuff in your life.

5. Dress Them Up-- You can make anything attractive with the right make-up. Go crazy; make it so adorable you can't take your eyes off it, so funny that you can't stop laughing, anything that will stop you from fearing your fear.

6. Harness Them-- Take control; don't worry; it is going to all work out. Optimism is the key to all life, if you don't you will attract negativity and you don’t want that. Don't even look at it. Acknowledge it, but do not over-acknowledge it.

7. Interrogate Them--Ask them all sorts of questions. You want them out of your life so make it difficult for them to stay.

8. Bully Them-- Boss them around, don't let them boss you. They belong to you, you don't belong to them. Show assertiveness. It is your life and you are in control of all you do, and all that is in your reality.

9. Finally let them go. This may be hard. You got so attached; you don't want to lose them. You are scared you won't have anything left. Believe you will because you are of great value to yourself as well as the world around you.
